Abstract
⺠Neural tube-derived signals regulate sprouting capillaries to form a stereotypic vessel ingression pattern. ⺠Neural tube-derived signals induce blood brain barrier characteristics in the neural tube vasculature. ⺠Peripheral nerve-derived signals direct arterial differentiation in the developing limb skin. ⺠Peripheral nerve-derived signals regulate patterns of angiogenic remodeling to establish nerve-artery alignment.
