Abstract
⺠14-3-3 proteins and 14-3-3-mediated protein-protein interaction networks are intimately involved in the regulation of a large number of physiological and pathological processes. ⺠This supports 14-3-3 as a novel class of potential therapeutic targets. ⺠Peptide and small molecule 14-3-3 modulators under development will offer new opportunities for further understanding of 14-3-3 biology and therapeutic discovery.
