Abstract
⺠We present new findings linking activating mutations in Notch1 to B cell neoplasms. ⺠We discuss the discovery of Notch gene rearrangements in breast cancer. ⺠We review the discovery of loss-of-function mutations in Notch receptors in squamous cell carcinoma.
