Abstract
⺠Detailed study on the effect of vibration on object selection activity. ⺠Multi-axis, higher magnitude vibration, and smaller size objects show more difficulty. ⺠Fitts' law based model derived for different vibration conditions. ⺠Pointing under vibration modeled for different object sizes, distances and angles. ⺠Useful for HCI design in various dynamic environments such as in land and sea vehicles.
