Abstract
- We engineered anti-influenza vaccine based on a VLP, adenoviral dodecahedron (Dd).
- Two M1 immunodominant epitopes were inserted in Dd without destroying its structure.
- DdM1 activated antigen-specific T cells responses in vitro.
- DdM1 induced cellular immunity in vivo in the absence of adjuvant.
