Abstract
⺠We reviewed safety reporting in 124 malaria, TB and HIV vaccine trial publications. ⺠Vaccine safety reporting was highly non-standardized and often lacked key data. ⺠269 generally undefined and overlapping terms were used to describe adverse events. ⺠Standardized safety reporting should be a requirement for vaccine trial publication.
