Abstract
⺠Long-term effect of the current China hepatitis B vaccination was evaluated. ⺠The impact of a timely birth dose was taken into account in the model. ⺠76% of HBV infection is reduced under vaccination. ⺠1 billion US dollars of health costs were saved.
