Abstract
► 2/6-VLP alone induce IL-10 and IL-17 secreting T cells only by the IN route. ► IL-10 secreting memory T cells do not migrate at distant sites. ► Intranasally, LT-R192G induces an antigen specific IL-2/IL-4/IL-17 /IL-10 profile. ► Intrarectally, LT-R192G induces an antigen specific IL-2/IL-17 profile. ► Antigen specific T cells have a broad distribution compared to B cells.
