Abstract
⺠Vaccination has been one of the measures of greatest public health impact. ⺠At present, there is a need for evaluation of vaccination programs. ⺠A systematic review of economic evaluation studies regarding Spain was conducted. ⺠Studies showed net savings or ratios below â¬30,000/QALY, but methodological issues. ⺠Results should be used consistently in decision-making processes.
