Abstract
⺠Leptin deficiency/resistance impairs multiple immune functions. ⺠An attenuation of leptin signaling may be associated with vaccine failure. ⺠Chemical chaperones and inhibition of SOCS3 increase leptin sensitivity. ⺠Leptin-based adjuvant therapy may enhance vaccine response.
