Abstract
⺠Study conducted to identify candidates for development of improved vaccines for paratuberculosis. ⺠Mouse infection model used to evaluate proteins as vaccines. ⺠MAP proteins reduced tissue colonization after infection. ⺠Infection and vaccination invoked immune responses in mice. ⺠MAP proteins are useful vaccine candidates for paratuberculosis.
