Abstract
⺠Intradermal delivery increases nicotine vaccine immunogenicity. ⺠Incorporation of safe adjuvants further increases nicotine vaccine immunogenicity. ⺠Peak anti-nicotine antibody titer persists longer in adjuvant-incorporated groups. ⺠Intradermal delivery plus adjuvants more efficiently prevents brain nicotine entry. ⺠We present a novel strategy to improve nicotine vaccine immunogenicity.
