Abstract
⺠We assessed immune memory in women vaccinated with the HPV-16/18 vaccine. ⺠These women received a 4th-dose of vaccine, 7 years after the primary vaccination. ⺠Pre 4th-dose, 100% of subjects remained seropositive for anti-HPV-16/18 antibodies. ⺠A 4th-dose triggered a rapid and strong anamnestic response in vaccinated women. ⺠Immune memory induced by the HPV-16/18 AS04-adjuvanted vaccine was demonstrated.
