Abstract
⺠SLT-IIeB and FedF are the major virulence factors of Shiga-toxigenic Escherichia coli. ⺠SLT-IIeB and FedF were cloned to a pcDNA6.0 plasmid to develop a novel DNA vaccine. ⺠Co-immunization with pcDNA-SLT-IIeB and pcDNA-FedF is efficient to protect the mice from a subsequent challenge.
