Abstract
⺠Infectious bursal disease virus with authentic 3ⲠRNA sequence was generated by reverse genetics. ⺠RG-IBDV was similar to the parent virus by plaque size, growth kinetics and electron microscopy. ⺠RG-IBDV did not cause bursal atrophy but induced high titers of virus neutralizing antibody in 3 weeks old chickens.
