Abstract
⺠The cost-effectiveness of extended pertussis booster programs was estimated. ⺠An age structured transmission dynamic model was used. ⺠A booster dose at 12 years can be considered as cost effective (â¬4200/QALY). ⺠Other considered booster strategies could also be labeled as cost-effective. ⺠The impact of assumptions regarding disease related parameters was limited.
