Abstract
⺠We investigate vaccine potential of Helicobacter pylori lipopolysaccharide. ⺠Conjugation methodology is devised. ⺠Accessibility and conservation of the α-1,6-glucan core epitope is ensured. ⺠Glycoconjugates are immunogenic and induce strong and specific IgG responses. ⺠Broadly cross-reactive bactericidal antibodies are generated.
