Abstract
⺠Cattle were vaccinated with formalin-inactivated Rift Valley fever virus vaccine. ⺠Neutralizing antibodies were detected in 98% of cattle after two immunizations. ⺠Neutralizing antibody responses were detectable up to 21 months after vaccination. ⺠Antibody responses were not affected by vaccine storage at ambient temperatures. ⺠The antibody responses were not adversely affected by transport within Mozambique.
