Abstract
⺠Electroporation-assisted DNA vaccination targeting HPA proved to be effect therapeutic method. ⺠Humoral immunity and cytoimmunity were elicited in vivo. ⺠Immunized serum showed neutralized HPA activity and attenuated the invasion. ⺠Significant tumor growth inhibition and anti-angiogenesis in vivo were detected.
