Abstract
⺠Neutralizing antibodies are instrumental in preventing or modulating viral diseases. ⺠Specific antibody titers have been identified as correlates of protection. ⺠Polyclonal antibodies are being replaced by their monoclonal counterparts. ⺠Antigenic variability and potential for escape mutants need to be considered. ⺠Cocktails of mAbs and bispecific antibodies are being developed.
