Abstract
⺠Recipients of 1976 H1N1 vaccine had an increased risk for neurologic disorder. ⺠Influenza hemagglutinin was reported to induce anti-ganglioside antibodies in mice. ⺠Absence of anti-ganglioside antibodies in human subjects infected with or vaccinated against 2009 pandemic H1N1 ⺠Absence of anti-ganglioside antibodies in eight confirmed cases of post-vaccination Guillain-Barré syndrome.
