Abstract
⺠We sequenced the full genome of different seed lots of the YFV vaccine used by Crucell. ⺠We created a phylogenetic tree based on yellow fever virus 17D full genome sequences. ⺠With this tree we add molecular information to the historical genealogy of YF vaccines. ⺠These sequence data provide a good survey to investigate the pathology of YFV. ⺠Sequence data should also be used for the surveillance of YFV vaccine production.
