Abstract
⺠We constructed nanoparticles Tat-E7/hGM-CSF and polyK-E7/hGM-CSF. ⺠PolyK-E7/hGM-CSF stimulates high anti-tumor immunity, but Tat-E7/hGM-CSF shows more efficiency than PolyK-E7/hGM-CSF. ⺠Tat-E7/hGM-CSF primes efficient CD8+ memory T cells response. ⺠This type of vaccine represents a promising novel peptide-based cervical cancer vaccines.
