Abstract
⺠We fabricated antigen-loaded dissolving microneedle array (dMNA) using chondroitin sulfate as a base. ⺠The dMNAs penetrated, dissolved and released the antigen into the skin of mice, and then induced antigen-specific antibody responses efficiently. ⺠Antigen-loaded dMNA is a promising antigen-delivery system for percutaneous vaccination.
