Abstract
⺠We modelled the transmission of Varicella Zoster and included the costs and disease burden. ⺠The uncertainty in mixing patterns is included in the model. ⺠We present the cost-effectiveness of vaccination against varicella and herpes zoster. ⺠The cost-effectiveness depends on the chosen time horizon.
