Abstract

âº Strongyloides ratti HSP60 is a target of the humoral and cellular immune response. âº Vaccination with S. ratti HSP60 induces a Th1 response that is not protective. âº Forced induction of a S. ratti HSP60 specific Th2 response using alum confers protection.
