Abstract
► EDA has an immunomodulatory role as fusion protein with anti-viral and anti-tumoral antigens. ► Its adjuvant value with HIV p24 antigens was evaluated in the mouse model. ► EDAp24 with poly(I:C) were immunogenic and efficient against heterologous Lm-Gag challenge.
