Abstract
⺠Intradermal delivery can enable dose sparing with some vaccines. ⺠Novel delivery devices may enable safer, more reliable intradermal delivery. ⺠Novel intradermal delivery devices may also enable vaccine dose sparing. ⺠Some clinical data show the potential of dose sparing via the intradermal route. ⺠Many challenges remain before the benefits of intradermal delivery can be realized.
