Abstract
⺠Incidence of acute HBV in FGM from endemic countries is higher than native Dutch. ⺠Incidence in Dutch born, second generation migrants is also increased. ⺠Since 1999, incidence in Dutch-born heterosexuals in Amsterdam is increasing. ⺠Much of this increase is due to a relative increase in the SGM population. ⺠Screening and vaccination should be offered to first and second generation migrants.
