Abstract
⺠We studied events after inoculation of recombinant adenoviruses (Ad5) in cattle. ⺠Ad5 and transgene products were detected at all time-points examined. ⺠Ad5 and transgene were found at the local lymph nodes and systemically distributed. ⺠Cells containing transgenic product were presumably macrophages and dendritic cells.
