Abstract
⺠Dengue vaccines will be available in the near future. ⺠Preparation for their introduction needs to start now. ⺠Recommendations for the rapid introduction of a dengue vaccine are presented. ⺠These are documenting of costs, ensuring quality surveillance/diagnostics systems. ⺠Also development of transferable tools/programmes and securing sustainable funding.
