Abstract
⺠The risk of convulsions in the week after influenza vaccination was assessed. ⺠No increased risk was found after trivalent influenza vaccine. ⺠No increased risk was found after single dose adjuvanted monovalent H1N1 vaccine. ⺠Signal of an elevated risk after the second dose of monovalent H1N1 influenza vaccine. ⺠Extension of TIV to healthy children may reduce convulsions by preventing influenza.
