Abstract
⺠CSL TIVs, as a class, induce greater cytokines/gene signatures compared to other licensed TIVs. ⺠New H1N1 and B strains in Fluvax 2010 contribute to a further increase in cytokine signal. ⺠Febrile events by paediatric Fluvax 2010 likely due to: ⺠Introduction of new 2010 Influenza strains. ⺠Differences in the manufacturing process as compared to other licensed TIVs.
