Abstract
⺠We evaluated the specific immune response induced by direct intra-bone marrow (IBM) vaccinations. ⺠IBM vaccinations with E7 peptide induce activated, IFN-γ-producing, E7-specific lymphocytes in the BM. ⺠IBM vaccinations can prevent and treat human papillomavirus-associated tumors.
