Abstract
⺠A bivalent vaccine candidate was generated using reverse genetics techniques. ⺠A recombinant NDV vector expressing the aMPV-C G protein was constructed. ⺠The replication of the recombinant virus was maintained in vitro, yet attenuated in vivo. ⺠Immunoresponses against aMPV-C and NDV were induced in vaccinated turkeys. ⺠Complete protection against NDV and partial protection against aMPV-C was conferred.
