Abstract
⺠We constructed and characterized the recombinant adenovirus rAd-ORF2-IFN-γ. ⺠Recombinant induce better ORF2-specific antibody response than rAd-ORF2 alone or adenovirus itself in animal experiment. ⺠Porcine IFN gamma could strongly enhance the immunogenicity of ORF2. ⺠Recombinant adenovirus might be an attractive candidate vaccine for preventing PCV2 infection.
