Abstract
⺠Avian reovirus has been classified into four genotypes. ⺠A vaccine was developed, comprised of four representatives, one from each genotype. ⺠Vaccination with a representative protected against isolates of its genotype. ⺠Mix of representatives conferred protection against field isolates of all genotypes. ⺠The 4-valent vaccine induces broad protection against avian reovirus.
