Abstract
⺠We evaluate immunogenicity of monovalent influenza A (H1N1) 2009 vaccine in HIV-infected children. ⺠The vaccine was immunogenic with the serologic response rates of 54.2% and 67.8% after doses 1 and 2. ⺠There was low level of cross reacting antibody to seasonal influenza A H1N1. ⺠The vaccine was well tolerated.
