Abstract
⺠We observed 65% of HA epitope conservancy across H3N2 strains. ⺠76% of epitopes conserved in the stalk region of HA over 40 years. ⺠CD4+ T cell cross-reactivity was estimated to be â¼51% based on HA and M1 epitopes. ⺠CD8+ T cell cross-reactivity of â¼74% was documented for M1 protein. ⺠Analysis revealed the likely presence of T cell immunity to swine H3N2v in humans.
