Abstract
⺠A recombinant FMDV vaccine contained multiple B cell and T cell epitopes was constructed. ⺠CpG ODN RW03 was capable of stimulating vigorous proliferation of bovine splenocytes. ⺠CpG ODN RW03 and ISA combination could enhance A7 to induce vigorous antibody response in mice. ⺠CpG ODN RW03 and ISA combination could enhance A7 to induce vigorous antibody response in cattle.
