Abstract
⺠We examine the shedding rates in premature infants after the first dose of RotaTeq. ⺠EIA and RT-PCR were positive at varying time points following immunization. ⺠Quantification of virus by cell culture was low. ⺠No symptomatic transmission to household contacts was detected in this study.
