Abstract
⺠We compare interaction of various yeast genera with human dendritic cells. ⺠Kinetic patterns of uptake varies between the yeast genera. ⺠We compare activation of murine ovalbumin-specific CD8 T cells. ⺠Subcellular antigen location and genus influence strength of T cell activation. ⺠Antigen secretion might not be an effective antigen delivery pathway in yeast.
