Abstract
⺠Children with HIV have a lower response to immunization. ⺠No previous studies with meningococcal C conjugate vaccine in AIDS patients. ⺠81.4% HIV-infected patients reached protection post vaccination. ⺠Meningococcal C vaccine was considered effective and safe for HIV-infected patients.
