Abstract
⺠We examined the impact of HPV vaccination on HPV acquisition in a clinical setting. ⺠Adolescent women were recruited prospectively and matched to historical controls. ⺠Sexual risk behavior profiles were similar between the two groups. ⺠Detection of HPV 6, 11, 16 and 18 was significantly less in the vaccinated group.
