Abstract
⺠The genetic profiles of the seeds used for production BCG vaccine were found reproducible. ⺠The Mycobacterium bovis BCG Moreau substrain used in Poland lacks of mutation Rv3887c. ⺠The M. bovis Moreau BCG substrain used in Poland is a descendant of the parent Brazilian BCG substrain.
