Abstract
⺠Rising incidence of meningococcal disease was fought by an mass MenC-vaccination. ⺠Among 10-24 year olds, a single dose of MenC vaccine was 100% effective. ⺠Low uptake in the targeted groups may have limited impact on ongoing transmission.
