Abstract
⺠We modeled two theoretical cohorts one using JE vaccine in EPI and one not. ⺠We reviewed acute care medical records and estimated the costs of illness. ⺠We reviewed the EPI offices expenditures in 2009. ⺠Use of JE vaccine in EPI is a cost effective investment.
