Abstract
⺠Immune responses wane following infant MenACWY-CRM197 immunisation. ⺠Serogroup C immunity persists better after monovalent MenC conjugate priming. ⺠A MenACWY booster could provide broader protection against meningococcal disease. ⺠Further doses in later childhood are necessary for long-term immunity.
