Abstract
⺠Mismatch between vaccine and circulating strains impairs vaccine immunogenicity. ⺠Intradermal route (ID) of administration has been shown to enhance immunogenicity. ⺠Intanza® 15 μg is the first licensed ID inactivated split-virion influenza vaccine. ⺠We evaluated its ability to elicit antibody response against H3N2 circulating viruses. ⺠Intanza® 15 μg elicited broader antibody responses than IM vaccine in the elderly.
