Abstract
⺠Confirms delta inulin adjuvant (Advax) enhances influenza vaccine protection. ⺠Enhanced protection is associated with increased neutralizing antibody and T cell responses. ⺠Protection can be transferred using immune sera. ⺠Confirms Advax confers 10- to 100-fold antigen sparing. ⺠Shows that Advax, like MF59, works as a Th0 type adjuvant.
